Preparation work before starting the film blowing machine
1. Check whether the film blowing machine is installed as required and check that all bolts are tightened well.2. Check and add the lubricating oil in the reducer and air compressor, and check the lubrication of each mechanical transmission component.
3. Check the power supply and electrical parts, and all parts should be safely grounded.
4. If the barrel is not full of plastic, or the temperature does not meet the requirements when it is full of plastic, it is forbidden to start.
5. Check that there are no foreign objects in the material, and no iron filings or other unqualified materials are mixed in the raw materials.
6. The material should be dry, otherwise it should be pre-dried.
7. Check that the heating system and temperature measurement system of the film blowing unit are intact.
8. During the startup process, irrelevant personnel should leave to prevent local overheating of the material from rushing out and burning, to prevent the belt and mixing barrel from being injured, and to prevent hair and clothing from being rolled in.
Normal startup steps:
1. Heat the extruder body, head, and die head, and control the temperature of each point within the index.
2. If you start the machine after stopping for a long time, you need to keep the temperature constant for 10-30 minutes after the heating temperature of each point reaches the target range. If you start the machine within half an hour after stopping, you don’t need to keep the temperature constant.
3. Start the air compressor and stop it for standby when the pressure of the air storage cylinder is 6-8kg/cm.
4. According to the film folding diameter, thickness requirements and extruder production capacity, process and estimate the traction speed and bubble diameter.
5. After the temperature of each point reaches the target and meets the requirements, wear labor protection supplies and start the traction machine, blower and extruder in sequence.
6. When the die outlet discharge is uniform, you can wear gloves and slowly pull the tube blank, close the end of the tube blank at the same time, slightly open the air intake regulating valve, blow a small amount of compressed air from the center hole of the core rod, and then carefully lead it through the bubble stabilizing frame, herringbone plate, and penetrate the traction roller and guide roller until it is coiled.
7. Check the thickness and width of the film at each location and adjust it to meet the requirements.
