Operation of film blowing machine start and stop

1. Preparation before starting the film blowing machine

1. Wear the safety protection clothing specified by the workshop before going to work.

2. Clean the environment around the equipment and do not store any items unrelated to production.

3. Clean the workbench and the debris inside and outside the equipment, and wipe the injection seat guide and the pull rod of the clamping part with clean cotton yarn.

4. Check whether the control switches, buttons, electrical circuits, operating handles, and handwheels of the equipment are damaged or malfunctioning. All switches and handles should be in the "off" position.

5. Check whether the safety protection devices of each part of the equipment are intact and work sensitively and reliably. Check whether the test "emergency stop" is effective and reliable, whether the safety door slides flexibly, and whether the limit switch can be triggered when switching.

6. The safety protection devices on the equipment (such as mechanical lock rods, stop plates, various safety protection switches, etc.) are not allowed to be moved at will, and are not allowed to be modified or deliberately disabled.

7. Check whether the screws of each part are tightened and loose. If any abnormality or damage is found in the parts, report it to the foreman, who will handle it by himself or notify the maintenance personnel.

8. Check whether there are foreign objects in the hopper. No items are allowed to be stored above the hopper. The hopper cover should be covered to prevent dust and debris from falling into the hopper.

2. Start the film blowing machine

1. Turn on the main power switch of the machine tool, check whether the equipment is leaking electricity, preheat the barrel and mold according to the set process temperature requirements, and keep the barrel temperature for more than 20 minutes when the barrel temperature reaches the process temperature to ensure that the temperature of each part of the barrel is uniform.

If no abnormality is found, the oil pump can be officially started. It can only be operated after the screen displays "Motor on". Check whether the safety door works normally.

2. Manually start the screw rotation and check whether the screw rotation sound is abnormal or stuck.

3. The operator must use the safety door. If the safety door travel switch fails, the machine is not allowed to be started. It is strictly forbidden to operate without the safety door (cover).

4. The various covers and protective covers of the electrical, hydraulic and rotating parts of the running equipment should be covered and fixed.

5. No one is allowed to press the buttons or handles without permission. Two or more people are not allowed to operate the same film blowing machine at the same time. Relevant personnel troubleshoot the fault.

6. When repairing the machine or cleaning the mold for a long time (more than 10 minutes), be sure to move the injection seat back to make the nozzle leave the mold and turn off the motor. When the maintenance personnel are repairing the machine, the operator is not allowed to leave the post.

7. When the body enters the machine tool or the mold opening, the power must be cut off. Avoid the danger zone. When cleaning the nozzle rubber head, do not clean it directly with your hands. Use pliers or other tools to avoid burns. Climb and put things aside to prevent burns, electric shocks and fires.

8. When the hopper is not unloading, do not use metal bars or rods to poke the hopper roughly to avoid damaging the screen, screen cover and magnet frame in the hopper. If the screw is rotating, it is very easy for the metal bar to be rolled into the barrel and cause serious damage to the equipment.

9. When the machine tool is running, if there are abnormal noises, odors, sparks, oil leakage and other abnormal conditions, the machine should be stopped immediately, reported to the relevant personnel immediately, and the possible causes of the failure should be explained.

10. Pay attention to safe operation. It is not allowed to make any operation method that may cause personal injury or damage to the equipment for any reason or excuse.

III. Precautions for shutdown

1. Close the hopper gate and produce normally until there is no material in the barrel or manually operate the empty injection.

2. Turn each switch to the "off" position. When the last shift is stopped during holidays, the main power switch of the machine tool should be turned off.

3. Clean the machine tool, workbench and ground debris, oil stains and dust to keep the workplace clean and tidy.
